Shipping Policy

  • Orders for in-stock items will be immediately and accurately shipped to you from Skyn Spot on the next working day, if placed before 4 p.m. local time (CST). This does not include garments like sweatshirts, shirts, beanies, etc. Items such as textiles will have a 7-10 day processing time plus shipping. Contact us for up to date processing times. 

  • Orders containing capital equipment requiring pallet shipment, special deliveries, hazardous and/or expedited shipments are subject to freight charges specific to the ship-to location. 

  • If your order needs to be delivered outside the continental U.S. (AK, HI, PR or GU), please contact us or call 1-270-904-4831 to obtain an estimate. For urgent deliveries, expedited services, including Saturday delivery, are available however, additional charges will apply. 

Additional Shipping Charges

Skyn Spot stocks a wide variety of products, and some require additional shipping charges. These are typically heavy, bulky or oversized items, including:

  • Certain oversize items ship by their dimensional weight and shipping charges will be calculated once your order is placed.

  • Equipment, orders requiring pallets, and any orders weighing more than 300 lbs. may be subject to actual shipping charges or LTL freight charges.

Returns & Refunds

With the exception of custom or personalized products or items that could be contaminated (skincare, makeup, etc), you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at Skyn Spot within 10 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight or shipping). The freight to return the product is at the cost of the franchise owner. All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

  • Returned products must be part of the current and active listing base approved by Skyn Spot corporate (not a planned delisted/discontinued item)

  • Custom ordered items or items that can be contaminated are non-returnable

  • Damaged product or shipments must be reported to L&R / Skyn Spot Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. Contact Customer Service at: 1-270-904-4831 / info@skynspot.com for further direction.

Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is not able to be delivered due to incorrect address and/or any other circumstance, please contact customer service at: 1-270-904-4831 / info@skynspot.com for further direction.
