IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY:

• We have a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all scheduled services. You will need to agree to it before booking.
• For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask that only those receiving services enter the treatment area- no additional guests please.
• Guests under 16: Must be receiving a service and accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the spa.
• Our goal is to maintain a peaceful and rejuvenating environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• A retainer fee may be required for select services, like permanent makeup.
