Founder, Master Permanent Makeup Artist + Trainer, + Licensed Esthetician
Paige Russo is the founder, esthetician, pmu artist, and educator behind Weekday Ritual- a spa and self-care brand built on the idea that confidence shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions. With no outside funding and a whole lot of determination, Paige grew her business from a solo treatment room in 2018 to a multi-brand beauty and wellness company that serves real people with real lives.
She believes self-care should be consistent, and that it can (and should) feel accessible, elevated, and enjoyable all at once. Her background as both a practitioner and a client informs every decision she makes, from product formulations to the way clients are welcomed into the space.
Today, she leads a growing team, runs multiple brands- including brick and mortar spaces, a pro line, and training academy- and continues to create spaces and tools that prioritizes calm, connection, and care.
Outside of work, Paige is a mom, a wife, and a passionate entrepreneur who enjoys travel and sharing her life with others.
DACEY M.
Manager, Licensed Esthetician, + Waxing Specialist
Dacey is the go-to for smooth, glowing skin, and the calming presence you didn’t know you needed. Known for her meticulous technique and warm energy, she has a way of making even first-time waxers feel completely at ease.
Her specialties include Brazilian waxing and advanced skin treatments like chemical peels and microneedling, where her attention to detail really shines. Dacey got into the beauty industry to help women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and it shows in every treatment she gives.
Outside of work, you can usually find her curled up with a good fantasy or romance novel and a cozy blanket (bonus points if it’s raining outside).

Licensed Esthetician, Waxing Specialist, + Permanent Makeup Artist
Meredith is a licensed esthetician, waxing specialist, and permanent makeup artist who’s been in the industry since 2022. A graduate of the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Nashville, she brings both technical skill and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Her love for skincare started early, as she was that teen glued to YouTube tutorials, learning every tip and trick she could. Now, she’s turned that curiosity into a career, offering everything from brow shaping and waxing to long-lasting PMU services with an eye for detail and a calm, welcoming touch.
When she’s not at the spa, you can find Meredith hanging out with her family (especially her niece), taking her dogs to the park, or doing a little self-care of her own, like a fresh mani or relaxing night in.
MORGAN S.
Licensed Lash Extensions Artist
Morgan is a seasoned lash tech with over five years of hands-on experience and more than a decade in the beauty industry. Her passion? Helping people feel confident, polished, and like their best selves... no filter needed.
Known for her attention to detail and calm energy, Morgan brings a personal touch to every set she creates. Whether you’re a first-timer or a lash regular, she’ll make you feel right at home in the chair.
Outside of the studio, she’s a proud boy mom and dog mom to a lovable English Bulldog named Meatball (yes, the name fits). She’s proud to be part of the Weekday Ritual team, where the goal is simple: helping others feel beautiful from the inside out.

Licensed Esthetician + Facial Specialist
Amy became an esthetician with a mission: to help others feel beautiful from the inside out. As a survivor of domestic abuse and someone who’s walked through her own weight loss journey, Amy understands how deeply personal self-confidence can be, and how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and cared for.
At Weekday Ritual, she brings that empathy and strength into every treatment. Her favorite services are facials, and she’s known for giving one of the most relaxing facial massages you’ll ever experience. Whether you’re coming in to treat your skin, de-stress, or simply take a moment for yourself, Amy wants you to leave feeling lighter, glowier, and more at ease than when you walked in.
Outside the treatment room, Amy is a proud mom, an avid hiker, and a rock collector (literally, she’s always finding cool ones out in nature).
ALEXA V.
Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist
Alexa brings both precision and heart to every permanent makeup service she offers. Her passion for beauty is rooted in something deeper, helping people feel like the best version of themselves. Whether it’s enhancing natural features, saving time in a busy routine, or restoring confidence after hair loss, Alexa sees permanent makeup as a powerful blend of artistry and impact.
Outside the studio, Alexa is all about balance. She loves staying active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and capturing life through her photography. She’s also a big believer in staying grounded, spending time with her church community, family, and friends is what keeps her connected to what matters most.
Shady S.
Licensed Tattoo Artist
Shady is a visionary tattoo artist with a sharp eye for detail and over four years of experience turning ideas into lasting art. Specializing in fine line, floral, and black and gray work, her style is all about clean execution and meaningful design. Every piece she creates is fully custom-crafted to reflect each client’s story, aesthetic, and individuality.
Known for her precision and calm, approachable vibe, Shady is committed to making every session feel safe, welcoming, and collaborative. From your first consult to the final reveal, her goal is simple: make sure you leave with something you’ll love for life.
Outside the studio, Shady enjoys time with her wife, relaxing and recharging so she can bring his best to every client.
WHITNEY E. - APRN, FNP
Nurse Injector
Whitney is our go-to for soft, natural-looking results that still make an impact. With years of clinical nursing experience and advanced training in aesthetic medicine, she combines skill, precision, and a gentle approach to help you feel refreshed, never overdone.
Her focus is always on enhancing your natural features while keeping things balanced, subtle, and tailored to you. Whether you’re new to injectables or a regular, Whitney creates a comfortable, collaborative experience every step of the way.
On her days off, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family and sticking to a solid skincare routine (of course).
Christy B. - DCNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Medical Director
Christy Quire Baker is our esteemed Medical Director. Only a few hundred clinicians in the country have earned the designation Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP), and we are so proud to have her with us! Christy has been a healthcare provider in Kentucky for over two decades and has extensive experience in dermatology, emergency medicine, and family practice. Twelve years ago she focused exclusively on dermatology and has never looked back! She has board certifications in both dermatology and family practice.
Christy graduated from Murray State University in 1996 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and received her Master's degree from Spalding University in 1999. She and her husband, Dr. Richard Baker, reside in the Louisville Highlands where they share a home with their dogs Gizmo & Arlo.
