Paige Russo.
Founder + educator
one room, one idea.Weekday Ritual started in 2017 with a single treatment room and a clear idea: beauty care should be rooted in consistency, education, and genuine connection — not reserved for special occasions.
What began as a solo skincare practice has grown into a full studio spanning advanced skin, permanent makeup, injectables, and wellness — plus an education arm built to help other beauty professionals grow. Along the way, Paige has worn nearly every role in the business, and that perspective shapes how every client is cared for here.
Today she leads the brand's growth and mentors the next wave of artists, guided by one belief: confidence is built through the small, steady rituals that become part of everyday life.
