• We have a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all scheduled services. You will need to agree to it before booking.
• For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask that only those receiving services enter the treatment area- no additional guests please unless you have a tattoo appointment with Shady, in which case, limited guests are permitted.
• Guests under 16: Must be receiving a service and accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the spa.
• Our goal is to maintain a peaceful and rejuvenating environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee is required for select services, like permanent makeup. All performed services are non-refundable.
